Private Party Request

Service Description

Request a day and time you would like to have a Private Party at our studio or Live Online! Once this request is submitted, we will contact you to confirm the date and time works with our schedule as soon as we can. Once we approve, we will be asking for $100 downpayment to save your date and time. The downpayment will be refunded day of event. Cost per person is typically $40. Monday-Thursday - minimum charge of $320 (covers up to 8 participants) Friday-Sunday - minimum charge of $480 (covers up to 12 participants) If exceeding the minimum number of participants, each additional participant is $40* If the date and time you wish to have is not available on our website, feel free to contact us and confirm availability. ONE RESERVATION per party/event NOT per person. Painting will be your choice! This can be decided as late as the week of your event. You can choose from our many Paintings, or you can request something new (as long as we have a 4 week notice). We encourage everyone to arrive 10-15 minutes before the start time to check everyone in, but would like no one to come earlier than 20 minutes before start time as we are setting up. For Private Parties you will have an extra half hour after the paint session to spend time with your group.
