LIVE SUPPLY INFO:

  • Party bag will be ready for pick-up the day before or day of the Paint Event, unless another date is requested. 
  • Mailing Option: must order at least 5 days before the event to be sure kit will arrive in time.

IN-STUDIO INFO:

  • Please list the names of everyone you will be sitting with (this helps us plan seating)
  • We have limited seating to enforce social distancing
  • Please arrive at 10-15 minutes before the event so we can be set to start on time.
  • All surfaces are sanitized before and after each party

 Join our "Paint Party Live", an interactive step-by-step Paint Party Online or in our studio! Please pay for this event online and we will have your "Party Supplies" ready for curbside pick-up or shipped to you right away Remember to pick-up your party supplies, we do send a reminder email as well. The log-in information will be emailed to you the day of the event to join our Online Studio using the Zoom app. (be sure to download the app on computer or device prior to the event)

  • We have converted to Loyalty Points! Create an account on our website to start earning Paint Paints to a FREE Paint Party Pass!

  • Please contact the store if you have a physical Punch Card that you are using for payment or stop in-store and we will convert your Punches to Points! :)

Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel 24 hours or more prior to the event, credit can be transferred to another event or put on hold for up to 3 months. If not used within the 3 months, credit will be lost.

  • Loss of payment will occur if no notification of cancellation occurs or if notification occurs with-in 24 hours prior to the event.

  • If an event has low attendance it may get CANCELLED. A notification will be sent out and option to transfer the credit to another event within 60 days will be offered.

Beverage Policy

We are a BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage) Studio. You may bring your own Beer or Wine if 21 years of age or older and must show I.D. No liquor allowed! Alchollic beverages can only be consumed within our store. Any open container with-in any other area in the mall is not allowed and can be subject to public intoxication.
