About The Event

Join the fun in our spooky gallery this year for our very first Paint Party Haunting!! Come dressed in your best costume to be a part of our Costume Contest! Members of our team will be taking pictures of each participant! We will them pick a handful of the best costumes, then we will share them on our Facebook Page for our Followers to vote the very best!!

Trick-or Treating will be throughout the gallery as well! Once you have made it through the gallery, join us in the Black-Lit Paint Party Room where our Paint Glows and fun Halloween music is played!

Canvas will be 9x12inches

Recommended for ages 7+

Parents can paint along too! Due to limited seating & space, we ask that everyone who is present must purchase a ticket to participte.

***Strobe Lights and Fog Machine will be used through the gallery haunting. If stobe lights ain't your thing, please comment in the check-out and we will be happy to turn them off for ya! :)

IN-STUDIO INFO:

Please list the names of everyone you will be sitting with (we need this to plan seating arrangements)
We have limited seating to enforce social distancing
Everyone must wear masks, thank you!
Don't forget to wear your costume of course!
Please arrive at 10-15 minutes before the event so we can be set to start on time.
All surfaces are sanitized before and after each party

LIVE SUPPLY INFO:

Party bag will be ready for pick-up the day before or day of the Paint Event, unless another date is requested.
Email will be set before the event with Zoom Meeting information.
Mailing Option: must order at least 5 days before the event to be sure kit will arrive in time.
Paint only glows underblacklight, so if you have one at home, bring it out and join the glow fun!! Looks just as great without a blacklight.
We can take photos from Zoom for you to join the costume contest!

How do I pay with a Gift Card or Gift Certificate when I sign-up online?

How do I pay with a FREE Punch Card?

We have converted to Loyalty Points! Create an account on our website to start earning Paint Paints to a FREE Paint Party Pass!
Please call the store if you have a physical Punch Card that you are using for payment or stop in-store and we will convert your Punches to Points! :)

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel 24 hours or more prior to the event, credit can be transferred to another event or put on hold for up to 3 months. If not used within the 3 months, credit will be lost.
Loss of payment will occur if no notification of cancellation occurs or if notification occurs with-in 24 hours prior to the event.
If an event has low attendance it may get CANCELLED. A notification will be sent out and option to transfer the credit to another event within 60 days will be offered.

Beverage Policy

Wine and Beer are available for purchase in-studio! Wine sold by the bottle and beer by the cans! No alcoholic carry-ins allowed.

Snacks Policy

We area a BYOS (Bring Your Own Snacks) Studio.

What do need to bring?

Not a thing, unless you wish to bring your own snacks or non-alcoholic beverages Beer, wine, non-alcoholic beverages, and snacks are available for purchase in-store. We supply everything to create the painting and supply aprons to cover your clothing!

What to expect?

A fun and relaxing painting experience! No need for experience, we guide the painting set-by-step by a local artist so ANYONE can follow along!

Ages Requirements?

For our kids events we recommend ages 6 years or older. If child is young then 6, they can still participate if accompanied by an adult. Parents are welcome to sit in on the class or drop off for kids 6 or older.

For our adult events, 16 years or older is recommended. If younger than 16, they can still participate if accompanied by an adult.

Do I Tip The Artist/Staff?

Tips are not expected, but if you really enjoyed your time at our studio and the artist/staff did a great job and was helpful, tips are greatly appreciated and let's us know we are doing a great job!

Do I need a reservation?

No, We offer all of our DIY activities, including ceramic painting, mosaics, splatter booth, wreath and candle making anytime during store hours. For GROUPS LARGER THAN 8 a call ahead is appreciated.

How long does the activity take?

As long you like! Typically plan 2 hours for most of our DIY activities. All depends on the project and detail you apply to a project! Splatter Booth is booked for 1 hour + setup time and cleanup.

How much does it cost?

Prices are listed on each project in the store. The only time an optional additional charge may apply is if you wish for a glossy finish applied to your ceramic.

When can I take the project home?

You can take the project home upon completion! This is a list of the times you would need to come back for

Candles, take 2 hours to set
Splatter Booth, takes about 2 hours to dry
Ceramics, ONLY IF you pay for the glossy finish. This typically is a 2-5 day turn around.

Can I take the project home and do it?

We offer a Take & Paint Kit for all of our ceramics! At no extra charge, you can pick out your ceramic and it will come with 5 paint colors, 2 paint brushes, color mixing guide, and a palette container

What if I don't complete the project when at the studio?

You will still need to take your project home with you and hopefully you can finish at home! If not, you can come back another day and pay a studio fee of $7 to complete your project.

What is your beverage and snacks policy?

You are welcome to bring your own snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. Beer, wine, soda, water, juice, snacks are available for purchase in our store. Carry-in alcoholic beverages are NOT allowed.
