Service Description

Request a day and time you would like to have a Private Party at our studio or Live Online! Once this request is submitted, we will contact you to confirm the date and time works with our schedule as soon as we can. Once we approve, we will be asking for $100 downpayment to save your date and time. The downpayment will be refunded day of event. Minimum of 4 participants during the week (Monday-Wednesday) Minimum of 6 during weekends (Thursday-Sunday) **If you have less than the minimum number of participants, we can still host your party Monday-Thursday for a total minimum charge of $305 and minimum total charge of $456 for Friday-Sunday (this pricing is based on a 3-4 hour session) **If you have more than 16, consider having a Destination Party! We can come to you or we can check the availability of other venues we work with. If the date and time you wish to have is not available on our website, feel free to contact us and confirm availability. ONE reservation per party/event NOT per person. Blanket color and size will be each guests choice! Colors available can vary with season, if you have a specific request for a color, you must let us know a month in advance to be sure we can have it for your party. Sizes come in Baby Blanket size 40"x36", Small Throw Size 40"x48" and Standard Throw Size 40"x60". We greatly appreciate everyone arriving 10-15 minutes before the start time so we can check everyone in and get started on time, but would like no one to come earlier than 20 minutes before start time. Events are BYOB and BYOS (bring your own beverages, snacks - beer and wine okay) **For Online (Zoom) Paint Parties, supplies can be picked-up typically the day before (unless another date is decided) And we can also ship the supplies 5 days before the event for an additional fee. Event will be created on website so each guest can register their email address and pay separately if desired.

Cancellation Policy

All Private Paint Party requests require a $100 downpayment. If you have to cancel for any reason, we'd appreciate at least a 2 days notice. $100 can be transferred to a private party for another date and time or we can transfer it to a gift-certificate. For Splatter Booth Booking Please give notice for cancelation, if you are to arrive late, we will allow up to 10 minutes past your booking time and will then open up the booth for walk-ins.
